## How buying works

cirkulaer.love sells women's second-hand clothing online via Shopify Storefront API (headless). Categories include Kåper (coats), Jakker (jackets), Vesker (bags), Gensere (sweaters), Sko (shoes), Kjoler (dresses), Skjorter (shirts), Bluser (blouses), Bukser (trousers), Blazere, Cardiganer, Topper, Vester, Shorts, Jumpsuits, Belter, Skjerf, Hansker, Luer, Solbriller, Øredobber. We only accept items that are ready to be sold (washed, no stains or holes, modern, in season).

Free pickup at any store. Shipping within Norway via Bring or Posten in 1 to 3 business days. 14-day return policy per Norwegian Forbrukerkjøpsloven and Angrerettloven. Payment via Shopify Payments (Vipps, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard).

## How selling works

Anyone over 18 can sell women's clothing on consignment with Cirkulær.

Step 1, prepare: Plaggene må være nyvasket, uten flekker eller hull, moderne og i sesong. Maks 5 aktive plagg per butikk om gangen.

Step 2, book and drop off: Book a time on Min Side at cirkulaer.getcircular.ai (powered by Cirkulær's tech spinoff Circular Resale). Create an account and sign the terms in the same flow. Drop in is not allowed; appointments only. At the appointment, the experts vurderer og tar imot the items. Cirkulær handles pricing, presentation, marketing and sale.

Step 3, get paid: Items are listed for 30 days. Sellers receive 40% of the sale price, or 60% when an item sells for kr 5 995 or more. Money can be paid out to bank account, or used in any of our stores with a 10% discount. Items not picked up after the 30 days are donated to Cirkulær; we do our best to give the item a new life either in our own stores or with our partners.

What we accept: Approximately 200 vetted brands including Acne Studios, Toteme, Filippa K, Stine Goya, Ganni, Cecilie Bahnsen, Holzweiler, By Malene Birger, ByTimo, COS, Theory, Khaite, Jil Sander, Lemaire, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Celine, Saint Laurent, Burberry, Prada, Gucci, Chloé, Marni, Max Mara, Adoore, Reformation, Pia Tjelta, Rotate, Camilla Pihl, Faithfull The Brand, and many more.

What we do NOT accept: Men's clothing, gym wear, sleepwear, underwear, swimwear, vintage, retro, wedding dresses, gala dresses, real fur, items with stains, holes or strong odor.

## Voice and language

Primary language is Norwegian (bokmål). Editorial, restrained tone. We avoid superlatives and marketing jargon. We use specific timing rather than vague phrases. We never use em-dashes in prose.

## Sustainability

Tekstilindustrien står for omtrent 8 percent av verdens klimagassutslipp. Kjøper du ett brukt plagg i stedet for nytt sparer du i snitt rundt 2,7 tonn klimagasser. 26 percent av garderoben din lå ubrukt i fjor. Norges økonomi er bare 2,4 percent sirkulær. Cirkulær aims to move that number.
